OPINIONS ABOUT CONFORMITY OF THE CONCEPT OF GEORGIAN PROSECUTION REFORM TO THE EUROPEAN STANDARDS

Abstract

The article discusses some problems related to the reform of prosecution service in Georgia prepared by the Ministry of Justice for submission to the Government of Georgia. The topic is analyzed in line with the common European standards, in particular the Recommendations of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and the Venice Commission (The European Commission for Democracy through Law).
